Our journey begins after a 25 year culinary stint of Ryans' came to an end. For the 1st time in his adult life Ryan found himself working in a postion that had no culinary or food and beverage responsiblities. "Its something I have done for so long it's just part of who I am now.  So we thought we'd start a little side business, focus on high quality premium house made products."
